We use the lens of Gods story to help people process through experienced distress from past hurts.
As people attend Leadership Trainings, they are equipped to lead in vulnerability, respond to others in a way that validates their past experiences, and leave ready to lead others to do the same.
These events are designed to train people on how to proactively combat emotional distress and isolation in their lives and the lives of people they daily engage with.
People become leaders of leaders.
